高级氧化技术是用光辐照、电、臭氧、催化剂产生活性极强的羟基自由基(・OH),再通过自由基与有机化合物之间的加成、取代、电子转移、断键等,使水体中的大分子、难降解有机物氧化降解成低毒或无毒的小分子物质,甚至直接降解成CO2和H2O,接近完全矿化。臭氧催化氧化应用领域于市政污水(低浓度COD排放,脱色,提高B/C比)、工业污水处理(COD降解,脱色,提高B/C比,去除毒性)、饮用水深度处理(COD降解,脱色,提高混凝沉淀效果,降低微污染产物)。
